Pioneers of the 3D-printed orthosis
Since 2014, O3D has designed and manufactured 100% custom orthopedic devices — from the basement of a Rosemont duplex to clinics across Canada and the United States.
Our story
Founded in 2014 by Éric Moreau and Daniel Larouche, O3D was the first company to offer a broad range of custom 3D-printed orthopedic devices.
Starting from a small Montréal workshop, the team now numbers 13 people and delivers more than 5,000 custom devices per year, combining an automated digital design workflow, cutting-edge manufacturing and clinical expertise.
Making advanced orthopedic technology accessible — and improving the comfort, mobility and performance of every patient.
Our values in practice
Three convictions that guide every device we make.
The need defines the orthosis
Every device is designed from the patient's scan, to the millimetre.
Custom-made at industrial scale
Our design algorithms combine full personalization with consistent quality.
Responsible manufacturing
3D printing generates 23 times less waste than the traditional method, and 80% of the unused powder is recycled into the next production run.
